Perpetuating efforts and investments to make Turkey a pioneer in technology, Turkcell organized a special reception in the capital Ankara within the scope of its 25^th year anniversary.

 

 

Hosted by Chairman of the Board, Ahmet Akça and CEO of Turkcell, Murat Erkan, the reception welcomed nearly 500 guests including Minister of Transport and Infrastructure, Mehmet Cahit Turhan, Minister of Agriculture and Forestry, Bekir Pakdemirli, the Governer of Ankara, Vasip Şahin and Members of the Board of Turkcell.

 

 

Participating the 25^th year anniversary reception, Minister of Transport and Infrastructure, Mehmet Cahit Turhan stated that Turkcell, which founded a quarter-century ago, has become one of the largest GSM operators in Turkey.

 

 

Delivering a speech in the event, CEO of Turkcell, Murat Erkan said “For the last 25 years since our establishment, we have worked to add value to our country. For this, we have made an investment of 50 billion TL since our establishment. Moreover, we have made more than half of this investment in the last 5 years. As it has been for 25 years, we will continue to add value to our country and people and to perpetuate continuously.”
