The Ordinary Meeting of The General Assembly 2020 of Ceo Event Media Incorporation was held at the company's headquarters on 15 September 2021.

The general assembly meeting's opening speech began with the determination of the meeting's chairman.

The meeting continued with the reading, debate, and approval of the balance sheet and income statement for the fiscal year 2020, as well as the Board of Directors' activity report.

Cevat Olçok, Fatih Olçok, and Bülent Uygun were re-elected to the Board of Directors, while Ishak Bora and Fatih Aydin were re-elected to the Board of Directors as Independent Members for a three-year term.

Members of the Board of Directors were acquited separately for their efforts and transactions during the accounting period from 01.01.2020 to 31.12.2020, and their terms of office were set.
