Ceo Event Media Inc.'s Ordinary General Assembly Meeting 2019 was held on August 07th, 2020 at the company's headquarters.

The General Assembly Meeting started with the opening speeches delivered by the board members and the election of the meeting chairman.

Following the presentation of the activity reports and the independent audit reports for the year 2019, the meeting proceeded with the scrutiny and approval of the financial statements.

Prepared within the framework of the company's profit distribution policy, the proposal of the Board of Directors on profit distribution was discussed and resolved.

The wages and attendance fees of the Board Members were determined.

Board members of Ceo Event Media Inc. were acquitted unanimously.

The course of action was adopted by the General Assembly in order to increase the upper limit of the registered capital permitted by the CMB to 100 million TL.

In accordance with the Corporate Governance Principles, the shareholders were informed about the donations made in 2019 within the scope of the Company's Donation and Aid Policy, also an upper limit was determined for donations to be made in 2020.

Within the framework of article 10 of the Communiqué on Corporate Governance of the Capital Markets Board (II-17.1), the General Assembly was informed about the transactions made with the related parties in 2019.
