CALEB EWAN WINS THE 4TH STAGE OF TOUR 2019
The Australian rider of Lotto Soudal (Belgium), Caleb Ewan won the fourth stage of the 55th Presidential Cycling Tour of Turkey (TOUR 2019)
24-year-old Ewan won the 194.3-kilometer long stage 4 between Balıkesir-Bursa, with a duration of 5 hours 21 minutes 38 seconds.
In the fourth stage which has been concluded with an extremely low pace against the sharp wind, Nippo Vini Fantini Faizane's (Italy) Spanish rider Juan Jose Lobato has managed to be second. Bora-Hansgrohe's Irish rider Sam Bennett took the third place.
Maintaining to be the leader of general classification with a duration of 16 hours 25 minutes 42 seconds, Sam Bennett will continue to keep the Turquoise Jersey. Irish rider also kept the Green Jersey, which is given to the sprint classification leader.
Belgian Thimo Willems of Sport Vlaanderen-Baloise (Belgium) kept the Red Jersey which is given to the mountains classification leader and Feritcan Şamlı kept the White Jersey which is given to the leader of Beauties of Turkey classification.
