The 10th Energy Efficiency Forum and Exhibition, which is the largest and most significant event of the sector on energy efficiency, held on 11-12 April 2019 at İstanbul Lütfi Kırdar International Convention and Exhibition Center (ICEC).

 

 

Along with the Minister of Energy and Natural Resources, Fatih Dönmez, Maltese Minister for Energy and Water Management, Hon. Joe Mizzi and Minister of Economy and Energy of Northern Cyprus, Özdil Nami attended the opening remarks of the forum themed “Energy Efficiency As A Resource”.

 

 

The exhibition, with a very intense participation at the international level, was held with the participation of visitors from Malta, Denmark, Northern Cyprus, Russia, Italy, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Togo, Sudan, Azerbaijan, Nigeria and Saudi Arabia.

 

 

A total of 18 sessions were held in 3 halls this year, as well as 3 side events. 106 speakers took place, including 14 foreign and 92 national experts. With the leading representatives of the sector, the world trends in energy efficiency, new approaches, agriculture, transportation, building, industry, EPS (Energy Performance Contracts), heat market were discussed, problems of the sector and solutions offers were expressed.

 

 

The first time in the forum, the presentations and award ceremony of Achievement Certificates for 2019 Efficiency Improvement Projects in Industry has been held.

 

 

Total number of visitors was revealed as 4920, while 18 sponsors and 61 booth exhibitor companies participated the forum and exhibition.
