The second biggest aviation event in the world, TEKNOFEST Istanbul Aviation, Space and Technology Festival, will be held at the Atatürk Airport from 17 to 22 September.



Countdown has begun for TEKNOFEST Istanbul Aviation, Space and Technology Festival which will be held for the second time this year. Being organized under the leadership of Turkey Technology Team Foundation and Industry and Technology Ministry, over 1 million visitors are expected to the festival. Festival, which will be held at the Atatürk Airport from 17 to 22 September, will welcome the guests with thrilling events.



Solo Turk, Turkish Stars, T129 Atak, Hürkuş, Red Bull Air Race Pilots, Gendarmerie airshows, Russian Knights riding SU-30, Parachute Teams and other air vehicle shows will take place in the festival, which will be full of fun.

Plenty of activities will take place at the festival. With the vertical wind tunnel, balloon shows and civil airshows, visitors will be delightful and enjoy the organization. Dozens of activities such as the Planetarium, Space Exhibitions, scientific exhibitions and static exhibitions where the legendary planes displayed will make the festival quite fun.



Bayraktar Akıncı Attack UAV and the first national flying car project of Turkey, Cezeri, which was developed by Baykar, will be displayed here for the first time.



The most important part of the TEKNOFEST ISTANBUL Aviation, Space and Technology Festival, which will take place between September 17-22, is technology competitions.

TEKNOFEST, which will be held at Atatürk Airport this year, received 50 thousand applications from 17,373 teams from 81 provinces and 122 countries. Ranging from aviation to automotive, from artificial intelligence to simulation systems, from underwater vehicles to autonomous vehicles, technology competitions organized in 19 different categories in total.
